Registered Safety Officer

Position: Registered Safety Officer (RSO)

Working location: Yuen Long (Construction site)

Responsibilities

• Assist the site management to implement and maintain all safety systems and policies
• Monitor the site operations are in compliance with legal requirements including the Occupational Safety and Health Ordinance
• Provide safety training, carry out inspection, prepare accident investigation & analysis
• Support internal and external system audits.
• Facilitate a healthy and safe work environment for all staff and workers
• Able to handle full set of safety documents
• Ensure compliance Responsible for safety training, and health & safety promotion
• Prepare risk assessment and other OSH report

Requirements
 

• Degree / diploma in Occupational Health & Safety or any other related discipline of education is required.
• With qualifications in Safety Auditor, OHSAS 18001/ISO 14001, Environmental Officer training, etc. are advantages
• Attainment of Registered Safety Officer issued by Labour Department of HKSAR
• 3-4 years post-RSO experience in HKHA Project is preferred
• Mature and possess good communication skills. Familiar with MS office, such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint.
• Good Chinese and English correspondence writing
