據說起源於明治初期、肉食禁令解除之時,由日本橫濱一家名為「伊勢熊(いせくま)」的居酒屋首創的牛肉鍋物演變而成;為了發揚此一料理初心,我們特別以「伊勢熊」命名,希望可以為大家帶來融會傳統及創意的壽喜燒料理。

「壽喜燒 伊勢熊」由來自日本福岡縣的資深日籍主廚久家弘一先生親自主理,我們的菜單以來自日本的優質和牛作主打食材,當中包括來自日本香川縣的橄欖和牛,及從日本京都引入的京都姬牛;搭配主廚的獨門割下(佐料醬汁)配方,創意呈獻來自日本的地道席前壽喜燒美饌,打造親民的東瀛料理體驗。
