Senior Site Agent (SSA)

Highway Contract no.: 14/HY/2024 Highways Department Term Contract (Management and Maintenance of Roads on Hong Kong Island excluding Expressways and High Speed Roads 2025 – 2030)

We are looking for a Senior Site Agent (SSA) to oversee the supervision and management of term maintenance contracts, ensuring the quality and efficiency of road and drainage maintenance works.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage the execution of term maintenance contracts for roads and drainage works.
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and government authorities to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Monitor project progress, resolve site issues, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Oversee site teams and provide leadership to ensure smooth operations.
Prepare and submit reports and documentation related to site works.

Requirements (Fulfill One of the Following):

Option 1: Member of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers (HKIE) (elected after 5.12.1975) or another equivalent institution in the civil engineering discipline, with:
Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in supervision and management of term maintenance contracts or other relevant civil engineering contracts.
Option 2: Recognized university degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent, with:
Minimum 8 years of experience in supervision and management of term maintenance contracts or other relevant civil engineering contracts.
Additional Requirements:
Proficiency in Cantonese and English (spoken and written).
