工作地點

辦公室在旺角，需要到香港各區實地跟進工程進度（視乎項目安排）

主要職責 (Job Responsibilities)

協助項目經理跟進工程項目進度，協調各部門及分判商之間的溝通

Assist Project Manager in monitoring project progress and coordinating communication among departments and subcontractors

負責準備、整理及提交項目文件、報告及紀錄

Prepare, organize, and submit project documents, reports, and records

跟進物料採購、交付及庫存管理

Follow up on material procurement, delivery, and inventory management

參與項目會議，記錄會議紀要及跟進事項

Attend project meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items

監察工程時間表，協助確保項目按時完成

Monitor project schedules and assist in ensuring timely completion

完成上級委派的其他相關工作

Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors

職位要求 (Job Requirements)

持有建築、工程或相關學科的文憑或以上學歷

Diploma or above in Building, Engineering, or related disciplines

具3年或以上裝修工程項目協調經驗者優先

3 years or above relevant experience in fitting-out/renovation project coordination preferred

熟悉MS Office，AutoCAD和中英文輸入

Proficient in MS Office and Chinese/English typing; experience with AutoCAD

必須具備良好的中文及英文閱讀及書寫能力

Must possess good Chinese and English reading and writing skills

薪酬及福利 (Remuneration & Benefits)

薪酬視乎經驗及資歷而定

HK$30-40K (Salary commensurate with experience and qualifications)
