System and Network Engineer (Ref. No.:ITD-SNEG-0002-JDB-20250417)

Key Responsibilities:

• Designing and implementing network including LAN, WAN and VPN

• Resolving network and connectivity issues

• Server/VM server configuration and maintenance

• Handling system installation, upgrade, configuration, administration, troubleshooting, patching, etc.

• Optimizing performance through proactive monitoring, analysis, and troubleshooting

• Ensuring the security of operating environments

• VPN configuration and maintenance

• Creating and testing recovery strategies

• Managing system storage and backup, ensuring emergency preparedness and operations recovery

• Communication with user departments and providing technical support when necessary

• Supporting the Department on different corporate IT projects to enhance patient service delivery

Entry Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree holder in information technology/computer science or other related disciplines

• Min. 3 years of relevant working experience (experience gained in healthcare an asset)

• Proficiency in Network Infrastructure, Network and Security Solutions, Network Protocols, Firewall Operations, Routing, and Switching

• Hands-on experience with VMware for example extends, migration, maintenance, backup, failover

• Able to work under pressure and handle multi-tasks with ease

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Good command in written and spoken Chinese and English
