We are now looking for talented Creative Designer. YAICHI aims to recruit brilliant minds who have entrepreneurial spirit, love to share Japanese culture and products to the rest of the world and most importantly, are open-minded to embrace changes and uncertainty.

What you will be focusing on:

• Build an unique brand identity that align with market's need and preference for business growth;
• Initiate creative projects by using various software programs develop innovative designs and motion graphic with marketing team;
• Work closely with multiple teams for wide range of marketing channels, including but not limited to social media, website, promotional collateral;
• Demonstrate ownership for allocated design projects;
• Create engaging content with new inspiration and latest market trend under our branding;
• Able to pick up ad-hoc projects if necessary.

Requirements:

• Strong design skills and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After effects);
• Motion graphic skillset is a plus;
• Excellent at multitasking;
• Curious, talented and ready to build a digital brand from 0 to 1;
• Passionate in work and able to work in a fast-paced and growing business with constant change and challenge;
• Understand your strengths, take initiative and work independently;
• Team player and problem solver;
• Interested in Japanese culture is a bonus;
• 1+ years working experience in related area, preferably within the retail or e-commerce industry;
• A comprehensive CV and portfolio that showcases your work.
