Technical Officer (Property Management)

About the role

Chung Shek Enterprises Co Ltd is seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Officer (Property Management) to join our team in North Point, Eastern District. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in maintaining and optimising the operation of our property portfolio.

What you'll be doing

1. Perform routine maintenance inspections and preventative maintenance on building systems and equipment
2. Identify and resolve technical issues in a timely manner to ensure minimal disruption to operations
3. Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to schedule and oversee maintenance projects
4. Maintain comprehensive records of all maintenance activities and asset management
5. Provide technical support and guidance to the property management team
6. Monitor and report on the performance of building systems to identify opportunities for improvement
7. Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations

What we're looking for

1. Degree or diploma in Engineering, Facilities Management or a related technical discipline
2. Minimum 3 years' experience in a technical or maintenance role, ideally within the property management sector
3. Strong knowledge of building systems and equipment, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing and other mechanical systems
4. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve technical issues
5. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with various stakeholders
6. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
