Draftsman

Responsibilities:

• Production of a full set of Tender and Construction drawings, documents and presentation materials from Schematic Design to Design Development to Construction Documentation.
• Coordinate closely with the project team to develop the drawings.
• Ensure designs and drawings comply with required standards.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above holder in Architectural, Interior Design, Building Studies or related subjects.
• 2-5 years of experience in interior design projects or the construction field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and any relevant computer software.
• Knowledge of Building Regulations.
• Able to handle multiple tasks under pressure, and ability to meet tight schedules.
• A good team player with good communication.
• Good spoken and written in English and Mandarin will be an advantage.
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.
