Project Manager 項目經理

• Responsible for overall project planning, co-ordination, supervision and management of site works
• Monitor the performance of the projects, sub-contractors, and resolve daily problems arise during and after the course of projects
• Identify potential construction problems, instigate preventive measures, standardization, and innovate technique in related to selective construction process
• Chair internal project reviews meeting with project team
• Handle necessary documentation with relevant stakeholders to facilitate project execution
• Budgets reviewing and controlling to meet the targets, cost calculation and design of the tender price

Job Requirements

• Degree in Building/Civil/Structural Engineering or other construction related subject
• Min. 8 years in relevant experience, preferably with exposure in stone work projects
   

Basic salary with 13th month salary
