Job Description
- To provide full administrative support to the workshop
- To handle daily machines in/out records and related issues
- To handle service hotline and customers enquiries
- To generate and prepare reports for management
- To maintain filing system for the department
- To participate in ad-hoc projects
Job Requirements
- Degree holder in any disciplines, Engineering or Science related disciplines are preferable
- 1 year's working experience is preferred, fresh graduate will also be considered
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Independent, responsible, self-motivated with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office application
- Green Card holder is preferable
- Immediate available is an advantage
