Job Description
Responsibilities:
-
Responsible for full spectrum of HR compensation & benefits functions including monthly payroll & MPF processing, staff on/off-board arrangement, employee relations, benefits administration
-
Responsible for the whole recruitment process especially for contract staff and site labourer
-
Assist in organizing recruitment job fairs & company events
-
Maintain and update the HR system & personnel records
-
Prepare notices and regular reports
-
Perform any other job duties as assigned
Requirements:
-
Degree holder in human resources or business management discipline
-
A minimum of 2 years’ solid job experience in payroll and recruitment
-
Mature, independent, well-organized with excellent communication and presentation skills
-
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
-
Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
