Senior Merchandising Manager / Merchandising Manager ( Woven & Knit)

We're a brand management company for fashion and fashion accessories.  We provide innovative supply chain management solutions to our customers. We offer a comprehensive range of services ranging from technical solutions, research, design and product development to sourcing and production management and quality control services for clients based all over the world.

We are looking for experienced Senior Merchandising Manager / Merchandising Manager to grow our business for woven/knit fashion products. Candidates with relevant knowledge and experience will be an advantage.

 
Responsibilities:

• Establish and enhance long-term business relationships with customers through the provision of quality customer service to maximize business growth.
• Identify areas for improvement and establish procedures to deliver tangible cost savings and speed.
• Lead the business and teams with vision, transparency and good planning. Drive business to win in the very fast changing and competitive market environment.
• Identify potential vendors and materials for product design and development.
• Category management, communication, and coordination of product development and production follow-up with the offshore offices.
• Able to lead and manage merchandising team to provide high quality of supply chain services to clients.
• Responsible from product development to bulk production order follow up.

Requirements:

For Senior Merchandising Manager, min. 15 years relevant experience.

For Merchandising Manager, min. 8 years relevant experience of which 4 years should be at managerial level.

• Strong experience and good product knowledge in Woven/Knit garment products and manufacturing processes.
• Familiar with domestic China Sales will be an advantage.
• A good leader with strong planning and organization skills.
• Able to work independently and under pressure.
• Good command of spoken and written English and fluent in Mandarin.
• Travel overseas is required.
