Job Description

Responsibilities
 

  • Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, compensation & benefits, payroll, training, and taxation etc.;

  • Support development and implementation of HR policies and procedures;

  • Perform other tasks as assigned by Supervisor.

 

Requirements
 

  • Higher Diploma or above in Human Resources Management or Business Administration or related disciplines;

  • 5 years’ solid HR experience in sizable organization;

  • Proficient in MS Office applications e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing;

  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese;

  • Positive and proactive attitude with strong sense of responsibility;

  • Candidate with more experience will be considered for the position of Senior HR Officer.
