Responsibilities

Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, compensation & benefits, payroll, training, and taxation etc.;

Support development and implementation of HR policies and procedures;

Perform other tasks as assigned by Supervisor.
Requirements
-
Higher Diploma or above in Human Resources Management or Business Administration or related disciplines;

5 years’ solid HR experience in sizable organization;
-
Proficient in MS Office applications e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing;
-
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese;
-
Positive and proactive attitude with strong sense of responsibility;
-
Candidate with more experience will be considered for the position of Senior HR Officer.
