Assistant Manager, Corporate Facilities Management

The Position

• Assist in integrating people, work process and physical assets to deliver quality services to retail and F&B tenants in Science Park.
• Assist in managing the facilities management service providers to ensure effective and efficient operation of the facilities including but not limit to space and business operations coordination, business and operation continuity, customer service enhancement, health and safety of the facilities and property, financial planning and monitoring, facilities maintenance and improvement, day to day opeation such as cleaning and hygiene, security control, concierge service, landscape, signage, car park management, commercial area management and community services in Science Park and Industrial Estate including office buildings, residential institutions, high-tech manufacturing & logistic centre, laboratories, and other properties.
• Provide support on reviewing the operations of commercial area and car park area for continuous improvement.
• Handle emergency incidents, inquiries and complaints from the customers and provide effective solutions.
• Work together with senior on planning, organizing and implementing effective promotional events/activities for Retail and F&B (RFB) offerings in Science Park.
• Maintain good relationship with internal stakeholders, tenants and outsourced vendors to ensure timely delivery of services.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Chief Operations Officer, Director, Corporate Facilities Management and/or the delegate.

The Candidate

• University degree or above in Property Management, Facilities Management, Marketing, Event Management, Business Admin or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 - 8 years' post qualification working experience in Tenancy Services, Customer Services, Facilities Management or Property Management of commercial properties;
• Higher education or professional qualifications with less experience will also be considered
• Experience in handling march-in and march-out of tenancy units and marketing is preferable;
• Experience in facilities management with knowledge of government procedures and requirements on leasing ordinance and subsidiary legislation;
• Strong interpersonal skills with customer service mindset in dealing with different levels of internal and external parties;
• Excellent communication, planning, organizational, management and customer service skills; self-motivated, confident, creative and have strong desire to achieve excellence;
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
