Senior Manager/ Manager, Business Risk Services (Advisory)

Business Risk Services protects value.  Our Financial Services practices provides advisory services to financial institution in addressing regulatory compliance matters, including compliance reviews, policy and procedures development, examination readiness reviews, risk assessments and enforcement action remediation etc.

Responsibilities:

• Managing client portfolio, as well as developing and implementation of strategy to ensure future growth

• Quality assurance for multiple engagements providing advisory, risk management, internal audit, PN21, SOX and other compliance services to both local and global clients in a wide variety of industries

• Preparation of reports and proposals to potential clients, identify and manage risks in projects, administrative support on engagements such as budgeting, billing, engagement letters, reviews, close outs, etc.

• Provide technical supervision, develop and mentor service team staff and assess their performance for engagements and year-end reviews

Requirements:

• Degree holders with internationally recognized qualifications such as CIA, CPA, CISA

• At least 8/6 years or above experience in performing internal audit or compliance review, preferably from an accounting /advisory practice /financial services sector (highly preferred);

• Experiences in financial service sector is a plus

• Possess strong leadership quality, organization, management and business development skills

• Comfortable dealing with board level executive and senior management

• Strong communications skills including oral presentations and report writing with an excellent command of verbal and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua
