Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee business process and project operations, including sourcing operation process, sample management and administrative process
- Build strong partnerships with stakeholders across divisions to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement transformation projects
- Formulate and execute plans for process re-engineering, simplifications and standardization
- Analyze and review the efficiency & performance of the business operations and processes and identify key areas of improvement in line with the
- Company’s goals & objectives
- Facilitator effective communication and collaboration across divisions
- Coordinate with internal audit in relation to sourcing process
- Prepare and coordinate presentation materials for executive meetings
- Handle other ad-hoc projects as assigned by the Management
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administrations or related disciplines
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business operations or a related field
- Proven ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Demonstrate strong verbal, written and analytical skills
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Background in buying office is preferred
- Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin). Candidate who can speak German is a plus
- Proficient in MS Office Applications.
