Warehouse Manager

Responsibilities:

• Monitor daily warehouse operations including inbound receiving, outbound shipment delivery picking, packing and labelling
• Monitor manpower allocation and operation control of all warehouse staff
• Manage and lead warehouse team which can work towards the target productivity
• Hiring, training and managing warehouse staff, including assigning tasks and evaluating performance
• Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security in the work environment
• Inventory control to ensure stock accuracy
• Organize and conduct stock take on a regular basis.
• Ensure a high level of morale and productivity

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma holder or above in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 4-5 years hands-on experience in warehouse & logistics operation at management level
• Good communication, problem solving and decision-making skill
• Flexible, team work oriented and able to communicate with people at all levels
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office
• Proficiency with ERP systems is preferred
