Job Description
IMS is seeking an excellent candidate to provide day-to-day office administrative support and operational functions to the organisation in a timely and efficient manner.
Our Administrator must have the following skills/qualifications:
- Good interpersonal skills providing effective communication with teachers, parents, and students
- High level of customer service orientation, preferably with at least 2-3 years relevant experience in a customer service role
- Good organisational skills, being able to work effectively with internal and external parties
- Bilingual in Chinese and English, fluency in both written and verbal English is essential (Mandarin is a plus)
- Hands-on experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Apps)
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented and a good team player with a positive attitude, having a strong sense of responsibility and ethics
- Experience of working in an administrative role within the education sector is desirable
- Willingness to show flexibility in roles and expectations in line with a vibrant school environment
Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Administrator
