Assistant Finance Manager

This position is an independent role in the long-term financial success of the organization by managing the financial operations for Hong Kong.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle treasury, tax, accounts payable and other key finance and accounting operations; ensure all administration and transactions comply with company procedures, standards and corporate requirements, as well as government rules and regulations

• Prepare strategic financial business plans; provide effective and accurate business insights and provide recommendations and decision guidance to senior management and functional staff heads

• Manage and analyze financial forecasts, budgets and results, provide alternative scenarios and prospects as appropriate; facilitate alignment with leaders, cross functional partners and budget owners for strategic and operational decisions

• Inform business partners of risks, opportunities, and mitigation alternatives with a high degree of impact and influence

• Act as a key contact with finance and accounting partners in Thailand

• Additional job duties and special projects as assigned will be required

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Accounting

• HKICPA / ACCA or equivalent professional qualification is preferred

• Minimum 8 years' experience preferably in fashion retail industry

• Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)

SKILLS REQUIRED

• In-depth knowledge of tax and financial compliance rules and regulations of Hong Kong

• Exceptional communication, and problem solving skills

• Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting

• Proficient in Office 365 and SAP
