Job Description

資深社工

註冊社工，持社工學士學位 (持社工碩士或管理碩士學位優先)
具 5 年或以上相關扶貧、社區發展、理財教育或照顧者支援的工作經驗
為人成熟、具管理計劃團隊及良好溝通的能力、擅長跨機構合作，亦能在壓力環境下工作
具中英文讀寫能力及熟悉電腦操作
統籌賽馬會躍見新生活計劃，監控計劃財政及服務成效，推動過渡性房屋的扶貧工作，負責個案督導工作
每週工作 44 小時，5 天工作，每週最少 1 晚上班，以及週六需輪流當值
於元朗洪水橋過渡性房屋工作；如有需要，須按單位主任要求指派到其他地方工作
