About the role

alexanderwang is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our retail team. This is a full-time position where you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience to our valued customers.

What you'll be doing

• Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers with product selection, fitting and checkout
• Maintain excellent product knowledge to effectively recommend and showcase our latest collections
• Assist with visual merchandising and store presentation to create an inviting and visually appealing shopping environment
• Process sales transactions accurately and handle cash and inventory management
• Support stock replenishment and other store operations as needed
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing retail or service role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for providing excellent customer service
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with colleagues
• Flexible and adaptable to meet the needs of a fast-paced retail environment
• Fashion industry experience is preferred
• Good computer literacy
