About the role

As a Sea Freight Operations professional at Triple Eagle Container Line Ltd, you will play a crucial role in managing and coordinating the company's sea freight operations. This full-time position is based in Kwun Tong, Kwun Tong District, and will involve overseeing the efficient and timely delivery of freight and cargo through our global shipping network.

What you'll be doing

• Handle Full set of Import Operations and documents for both sea freight and air freight
• Handle daily communication with local customers and carreirs
• Experience on export operation is prefered

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sea freight operations or a related logistics role
• Strong understanding of the freight forwarding industry, including knowledge of maritime regulations and customs procedures
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and shipping partners
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle complex shipping issues
