Retail Business Development Manager

-        To identify and explore new business opportunities in Hong Kong and
          Asian countries and monitor new store opening.
-        Oversees day-to-day operation and monitor performance of the retail
          stores to maximize sales and productivity.
-        Propose & implement suitable marketing and promotion plan for the
         Company to grow existing businesses.
-        To manage, train, motivate and mentor frontline staff.
-        Work closely with China regional head quarter on merchandising
          products and ensure a well balance of sales and stock level control.
-        Prepare weekly and monthly reports to ensure adherence to budgets
          and to give recommendations whenever necessary

Requirements:

-        Degree / Diploma holder in Business Administration or related
         discipline.
-        At least 5 years' management experience in retail operation.
-        Experience in kids/ family retail operations and new shop
          opening an advantage.
-        Good interpersonal and communication skills.
-        Proficiency in written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
-        Proficiency with excel and word processing
-        Immediate available is highly preferred
-        Will need to travel when necessary.
