Customer Service Clerk

Exposure And Support

• Handle incoming phone calls and mails on behalf of clients with professionalism.
• Provide quality customer services to clients and maintain smooth daily operations of the customer services team.
• Build a trusting and good relationship with existing clients.
• Handle general customer enquiries and resolve customer complaint cases.

We’re looking for

• Higher Diploma or above.
• At least 2 years relevant working experience,  preferably in retail industry.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).
• Excellent customer services attitude and professional telephone manner.

• Proficiency in MS Office, Chinese typing.
