Project Engineer / Assistant Engineer - Electrical

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage all electrical works in deluxe residential, commercial, and public sectors
• Monitor project status and budget on track
• Liaise with clients, main contractors, consultants and sub-contractors
• Prepare electrical system shop drawings including layout drawing, pipe duct details, plant room details; equipment and individual preparation and submission for approval and procurement
• Prepare tender, job budget estimation and submission
• For Assistant Engineer' roles and responsibilities mainly assist Project Engineer / Engineer to handle all electrical works projects
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Engineer

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years or above working experience in E&M fields
• Qualifications in Building Services Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering
• Strong communication and organization and leadership skills
• Good command in both written and spoken English & Chinese
• Immediate availability is preferable
