Job Description

Job description:

  • Support MD with both admin and personal assistant support.
  • Handle general service enquiry from customers via phone, email and other platforms.
  • Perform office administration and the maintenance of office premises and equipment.
  • Assist in marketing event planning, and work with marketing activities.
  • Assist in roadshows of investor gathering, such as investment seminar activities.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to implement company activities.

Requirements:
 Diploma or Degree in Business related disciplines 

 Positive attitude, good communication and interpersonal skills, cross team collaboration and team spirit.
 Proficient in MS Office application
 Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
 Prefer to have 1-2 years relevant working experience in personal assistant or secretarial role but not a must
