Human Resources Officer

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions;

  • Handle monthly payroll processing, MPF contributions, final payment calculations, taxation as well as other C&B related matters;

  • Support the end-to-end recruitment process, from identifying hiring needs to onboarding new employees;

  • Maintain accurate employee records and databases, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity;

  • Assist in developing internal HR policies and guidelines;

  • Support overall administration duties and general office administration of the company;

  • Provide support on ad hoc projects as assigned.

     

Requirements:

  •  Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines;

  • At least 5 years solid experience in HR functions;

  • Strong knowledge of the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other relevant labour regulations;

  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;

  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint;

  • Proactive, smart, detail oriented and good presentation skill;
