Business Development Manager (Electronics Industry)

Duties:

• Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve sales and growth targets in the electronics and electronic appliances sector
• Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities worldwide, expanding the company’s market presence
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders across target regions
• Conduct regular market research and competitive analysis to build business strategy and product positioning
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., merchandising ,marketing, shipping dept.) to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and network with potential clients
• Strong ethical standards and commitment to compliance with local and international regulations

Requirements:

• Minimum 5–8 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within the electronics or electronic appliances industry
• Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth in the electronics sector, particularly with electronic appliances
• Experience in managing both existing accounts and developing new business opportunities
• Prior exposure to worldwide markets, including knowledge of international business practices, customer preferences, and regulatory environments

• In-depth understanding of electronic appliances, their applications, and the latest industry trends
• Strong knowledge of market dynamics, distribution channels, and competitive landscape worldwide
• Ability to identify and analyze new market opportunities and adapt strategies to diverse regional markets

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills; able to conduct market research, assess business opportunities, and develop actionable business plans
• High level of self-motivation, resourcefulness, and adaptability to a fast-paced, multicultural business environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field is preferred
• Proficient in English and Mandarin
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and other productivity tools
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager level
