Executive Assistant to Chairman of the Board

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Provide full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support to Chairman;
  • Manage the Chairman's calendar and arrange meeting schedule;
  • Prepare presentation materials, meeting materials and correspondence for Chairman;
  • Coordinate appointments and necessary arrangements for business, social and personal activities;
  • Assist in managing personal matters such as travel and accommodation arrangement;
  • Accomplish ad-hoc duties assigned by Chairman.

Requirements

  • Bachelor in Business Administration and Management or related field; with formal secretarial training is is a plus;
  • 1 year of relevant working experience supporting top/senior management in Financial Industry is preferable. Fresh graduates will also be considered;
  • Willing to undertake business trips with the Chairman;
  • Strong organizational skills for stakeholder coordination;
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing);
  • Good command of English, Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) in both written and verbal;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Mature, meticulous, discreet, detail-minded, well-organized and a good team player;
  • Able to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
