DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

As the Director of Operations at bigboXX.com, you will lead our Operations Teams to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity while spearheading business development and expansion initiatives. In close collaboration with the executive team, you will strategize and develop long-term plans that enhance operational success and drive organizational growth. Your role will involve implementing effective strategies and policies that optimize operational efficiency and support the company's expansion goals.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with department heads, external partners, and vendors to inform decisions on operational activities and strategic goals, including business development efforts.

• Oversee the planning, monitoring, and analysis of key performance metrics to ensure timely and efficient task completion in day-to-day operations.

• Develop and execute strategies for enterprise-wide program growth, identifying and implementing process improvements to maximize output and minimize costs.

• Collaborate with business development teams to identify new market opportunities and support expansion efforts.

• Enhance efficiency and productivity through thorough process analysis and cross-departmental collaboration.

• Set strategic goals focused on operational efficiency, productivity enhancement, and business growth.

• Analyze current operational processes and performance, recommending improvements and new initiatives as necessary.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field; an MBA is preferred.

• Minimum of 10 years of practical experience in operations management, including at least 5 years in a senior executive role.

• Proven ability to plan and manage operational processes for maximum efficiency and productivity.

• Solid experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams in procurement, supply chain management, warehouse and logistics, with a strong ability to drive operational efficiency and foster collaboration.

• Experience in business development or expansion strategies is highly desirable.

• Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach to operational projects and challenges.

• Superior negotiation skills in both internal and external contexts.

• Strong planning and analytical skills, with a keen understanding of pricing and quantitative analysis.

• Proficient in MS Office; experience with SAP is a plus.

• Proficiency in English and Chinese; Mandarin is an advantage.
