Responsibilities:

• Working with team members to achieve company revenue targets;
• Maintaining existing customers to facilitate revenue growth;
• Attending meetings with sales team and customers;
• Monthly reporting on sales performance against budget and reporting on variances;
• Acting as a spokesperson for the organization at sales events and conferences;
• Continually building on and improving sales processes and customer experience.

 Qualifications:

• Fluent in English and Mandarin, fluent in Japanese is a plus;
• College degree preferable;
• Creative problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose issues and develop solutions;
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills;
