Job Description:

Receive and process shipping instructions
Handle air export shipping documents
Handle daily customer inquiries on phone and/or via email

Job Requirements:

Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel and Word and Chinese Word Processing

Work Location: Kwai Chung
