Officer - Operations Audit

Key responsibilities:

• To conduct operations review and site audits in a timely and professional manner at facilities under the Group
• To review reports and documents for internal control and to ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures
• To prepare reports and make recommendations for improvements

Requirements:

• Form 7 / DSE standard or above
• 1 to 2 years’ experience in operational supervision and procedures review in parking, property management or retail industry
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel & Chinese Word Processing
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Able to work independently based on audit schedule
• Be a good team player with good communications and interpersonal skills
• Willing to perform duties on roster of five days’ work per week
