Senior Fashion Designer - Lingerie/ Intimate

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for full range of product design including concepts, trend research, product development, collection design, 2D & 3D garment sampling, and prints design.
• Research and analyse market trends and commercial needs.
• Manage sourcing process to support product development.
• Work with customers’ design teams and internal merchandising teams to understand style and collection requirements (e.g. tech pack, mood boards) and translate such requirements into manufacturable designs.
• Deliver design presentations to customers’ design teams.
• Conduct fit sessions with models, providing fit comments to optimize design and fit.
• Work closely with sample room to ensure that designs are feasible for manufacturing.
• Actively track and follow up on samples & new design projects from ideation to pre-production.
• Assist in ad hoc duties if required.

Requirements:

• Graduate of accredited institution in Fashion Design, Textile or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Lingerie or Intimate design.
• Strong in Lingerie/Intimate development (e.g. raw material sourcing, garment construction & fit), styling, prints design, and graphic development in both 2D and 3D.
• Good command of Illustrator, Photoshop, and 3D software (e.g. CLO, Browzwear).
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for Lingerie/Intimate design.
• Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
• Station in HK; occasionally travel to China factory for sample development and overseas for customer design presentations & market research.
