Job Description

We're seeking a dynamic and organized Sales & Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Best New Zealand Shop in the Shatin District. In this full-time position, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our sales efforts and ensuring the smooth running of our administrative operations.


What you'll be doing

  • Handle customer enquiry, update and follow up the online sales
  • Assisting with the coordination of sales and marketing events, including event planning and logistics
  • Performing general office duties such as filing, document management, and supply ordering
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline administrative processes and improve efficiency
  • Perform Ad hoc assignment from management
  • 5 days working


What we're looking for

  • Degree or Higher Diploma in Marketing/ Business Management/ relevant discipline
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar administrative or sales support role
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PivotTable) and other relevant software
  • A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
