Operations Analyst

Job Responsibility:

• Provide support to Operations and Sales team for daily operation and administration inputs.
• Ensure shipments are continually monitored and data accuracy across different analytical reports.
• Assist in reviewing logistics performance and prepare analytical reports for client and internal stakeholders.
• Assist in handling any administrative and ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

·        Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or other related disciplines

·        1 - 2 years of experience, fresh graduates are also welcomed

·        Experience in reporting and analytics support in logistics field, good MS Excel skills are advantageous.

·        Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

·        Highly self-motivated with good analytical, interpersonal, presentation and communication skills

·        Detail oriented and able to work independently and efficiently.

·        Immediately available is preferred.
