Assistant Facility Manger

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with building management staff in daily building operation.
• Handling all technical issues including both E&M systems and building 's work related issues.
• Providing professional advice and comment on technical enquiries.
• Prepare procurement documents for operation and maintenance and A&A works etc.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma holder or above in Mechnical or Electrical Engineering or Building Service Engineering
• Minimum 5 years' supervisory level experience in property management
• Holder of Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker (B0)
• Knowledge of Building Management Ordinance, Deed of Mutual Covenant and related ordinances
• Able to work independently under pressure
• Customer-oriented and good communication skills
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Well experienced in using computer software, including Word, Excel & Chinese Word Processing
