Job Description
Responsibilities:
- To quote tenders in the short time period.
- To monitor, control and supervise overall site progress, site activities, financial, cost control, quality control, contractual and technical matters for current projects
- Attend regular meetings and liaise with sub-contractors, suppliers and consultants
Manage project documentation, progress reports, tender documents, site record and filing system;
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years' relevant experiences in fitting out and A&A works
- Certificate in Building Studies or relevant disciplines
- Proficiently in CAD & MS office applications
- Retail & banking project experience is preferred
- Proficiently in both written & spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin is preferred
- Be strong team player and independent, proactive, high responsibility and detail mind.
