Responsibilities:
- Administrative support to various departments
- Handle office administration duties including all office furniture and fixture
- Maintain attendance system, HR database and other HR administration support
- Handle the data base of vehicle, machine and tool and the renewal of vehicle licence and insurance
- Perform other ad-hoc projects and assignments
Detail minded, good communication and responsible
Requirements:
1-2 years solid experience in HR & Admin duties
Knowledge on Employment Ordinance and related regulations
Mature, detailed-minded, strong sense of responsibility, possess problem solving skills, hard working, able and willing to handle multitasks as assigned
Well-organized, willing to learn with strong sense of responsibility
Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese typing
Immediate availability is preferred.
