Job Description

The Assistant Manager will support the Business Development team in cultivating strategic partnerships, managing external relationships, and coordinating cross-functional initiatives that contribute to the unit’s growth and long-term success. This role requires a proactive communicator with strong organizational skills and a keen understanding of market dynamics.


 Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Partner Engagement & Relationship Management

    • Assist in identifying, evaluating, and onboarding new business partners
    • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing partners to ensure long-term collaboration
    • Serve as a liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication
  • Strategic & Operational Support

    • Contribute to the development and execution of partnership strategies
    • Support joint initiatives, co-branded campaigns, and collaborative projects
    • Prepare proposals, presentations, and reports for internal and external use
    • Track partnership performance metrics and provide regular updates to senior management
  • Market Research & Intelligence

    • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities
    • Provide insights and recommendations to enhance partnership strategies
  • Presales & Go-to-Market Strategy

    • Support client recruitment and engagement through partner channels, leveraging market insights and relationships to drive lead generation
    • Build strong knowledge of partner products to effectively communicate value and tailor solutions to client needs
    • Assist in planning and executing go-to-market strategies with partners, including campaign coordination and sales enablement


Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, partnership management, or client-facing roles
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport across diverse stakeholders
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Putonghua
