Inside Sales Executive / CS Executive (B2B Sales - Aviation Supplies)

Responsibilities:

• Handling customer enquiries;
• Develop a very clear and detailed understanding of customer needs;
• Source and submit sales quotations to customer;
• Track the status of quotations and proposals submitted to ensure successful resolution and sales closures;
• Process customer and vendor order;
• Any other duties as assigned by the Company.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Inside Sales / Customer Services required;
• With knowledge of import/export sales and shipping;
• Aviation supplies background an advantage;
• Fluent in English / Mandarin (knowledge of other language an advantage);
• Higher Diploma or equivalent experience;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office;
• Good team player, willing to learn and self-motivated.
