DevOps Engineer

Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled DevOps Engineer to join our technology operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, scalability, and efficiency of our distributed systems and deployment pipelines. You will work closely with backend, infrastructure, and product teams to design automated delivery processes, optimize cloud environments, and uphold production stability across our global platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and optimize CI/CD pipelines with GitLab and Jenkins, supporting canary, blue-green, and rolling deployments, including emergency rollbacks.
• Manage and troubleshoot Java microservices deployment, ensuring smooth operation of Nacos (service registration, configuration, access control, and change management).
• Deploy and maintain C++ distributed services, conduct performance tuning, root cause analysis, and maintain startup and monitoring scripts.
• Manage Alibaba Cloud SLS log collection and alerting, enhance Prometheus metrics, Grafana dashboards, and configure Alert manager routing with Telegram notifications.
• Oversee Alibaba Cloud resources (ECS, SLB, RDS, OSS, etc.), perform capacity planning, cost optimization, and improve DNS, CDN, load balancing, and cross-region network performance.
• Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation, handle production incidents, perform root cause analysis, and produce incident reports and postmortems.
• Build automation tools and workflows using Bash, Python, or Go to standardize deployment, scaling, and maintenance processes.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in DevOps or system operations, with solid Linux and networking fundamentals, and strong troubleshooting skills.
• Hands-on experience with Alibaba Cloud or AWS, including cost management, capacity planning, and access isolation (Terraform/ROS experience is a plus).
• Proficient in GitLab/Jenkins pipelines, Docker image management and deployment; experience with container networking and storage; exposure to Kubernetes is an advantage.
• Good understanding of Spring Boot runtime behavior and troubleshooting; proficient in Nacos for configuration and service management.
• Experience in operating and monitoring C++ high-performance services; familiarity with tools like perf, valgrind, and core dump analysis.
• Strong knowledge of Prometheus, Grafana, Alertmanager, and Alibaba Cloud SLS for monitoring, metrics, and alert integration (Telegram/Webhook).
• Proficiency in at least one scripting language (Bash/Python/Go); understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (Ansible, Terraform, Helm) is a plus.
• Strong awareness of security, compliance, and credential management; experienced in patching and container image security.
• Proven ability to manage the full incident lifecycle—from detection to resolution and continuous improvement.
