Now Hiring: Administrative Officer & Executive Assistant

The Hong Kong College of Anaesthesiologists (HKCA) is inviting applications for the following two full-time positions:

1.       Administrative Officer (AO) – 1 vacancy

2.      Executive Assistant (EA) – 1 vacancy

We are looking for reliable, proactive team players who are passionate about contributing to specialist training for doctors in anaesthesiology. These roles play a pivotal part in the smooth delivery of our 6-year specialist training programme, an essential step for trainee doctors to become qualified anaesthesiologists.

🔹 About the Roles

Administrative Officer (AO)
As an AO, you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to:

· Organise and coordinate key College events such as examinations, training courses, and committee meetings

· Provide secretarial support to boards and committees where major decisions about specialist training are made

· Ensure the smooth implementation of training processes and uphold professional standards

Executive Assistant (EA)
As an EA, you will provide essential administrative support across various day-to-day functions of the College and assist different departments in coordinating training-related activities.

🔸 We’re Looking For...

Administrative Officer (AO)

· University graduate

· Minimum 5 years’ solid administrative experience, preferably in education, healthcare or professional services

· Highly organised, independent and responsible with strong interpersonal skills

· Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

· Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint; knowledge of website or database management is a plus

· Self-motivated team player with a positive work attitude

Executive Assistant (EA)

·  Associate Degree / Higher Diploma or above

·  Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience (fresh graduates will also be considered)

·   Competent in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge in database or website management is an advantage

·  Excellent communication skills, positive attitude, and strong sense of teamwork

Salary

Based on qualifications and experience, salary will be offered in line with the Master Pay Scale:

· Administrative Officer: HK$28,225 – HK$44,765 (Point 11 – 20)

· Executive Assistant: HK$15,180 – HK$29,995 (Point 1 – 12)
