Responsibilities

• Execute project tasks as directed by the Replacement Project Manager.
• Lead a project team in reviewing the existing secondary wiring system between the 400kV GIS Switchgear (SwGR) and the Protection & Control System.
• Oversee the integration of the new 400kV GIS SwGR with the Protection & Control System and the Substation Automation System (SAS).
• Act as the primary liaison with clients and suppliers regarding the design and specifications of the Protection and Control System equipment.
• Prepare and distribute minutes for each Protection Design meeting held with the client.
• Prepare regular progress reports for the Replacement Project Manager and stakeholders, highlighting key milestones, challenges, and solutions.
• Provide training and support to team members and stakeholders on new systems and processes related to the project.
• Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs, ensuring that all changes are documented and approved.
• Provide on-site support during installation and commissioning phases, ensuring that systems are integrated correctly and functioning as intended.
