IT Infrastructure Manager (Ref.: CV_ITD_ITM_SC_202505)

Major responsibilities:

• Provide IT infrastructure administration, including various Servers (Windows /Linux) and Network devices, SAN storage;
• Manage operation of NOC/Server Room and DR Data Center;
• Oversee IT infrastructure equipment life cycle including design, budgeting, evaluation, procurement, maintenance, upgrade and retirement;
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of infrastructure, including network diagrams, system configurations, inventory and SOP, prepare regular reports on infrastructure performance;
• Ensure infrastructure comply with relevant security standards and regulations, assist to implement appropriate security measures, regular audits and vulnerability assessment on infrastructure;
• Manage service providers and vendors to deliver infrastructure projects including solution evaluation, POC, UAT, implementation, production launch;
• Perform Server (VM) Create, Deploy, Troubleshooting and Maintenance as well as install operating systems and applications;
• Perform user/system support or any other duties as assigned by Head of IT from time to time.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Information Technology related disciplines, preferably with HKQF-related qualifications;
• Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience with solid track record of IT infrastructure project & vendor management role;
• Solid experience on managing and provisioning large-scale infrastructure, including DR drill, performance monitoring, capacity planning, backup & restore and etc;
• Solid experience on Network, Server & Storage;
• Knowledge of VMware, VDI, Veeam, database(Oracle,MSSQL,Mysql), Weblogic, Windows Cluster and Linux;
• Familiarity with HIDS, EDR, PAM, DLP, SIEM is a plus;
• CISSP/CISA,CCNA cert is an advantage;
• Self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure;
• Good command of written and spoken in English and Mandarin;
• Candidate with less experience can be considered as Assistant Manager.
