VP/SVP/D/ED (Team Head) – Wealth Management & Institutional Sales

Responsibilities

• Oversee subordinates in performance evaluations and build an efficient sales team;
• Lead the team to explore the market and fulfill revenue-generation targets;
• Expand cooperation with Chinese and global market institutions to grow the institutional client base and channel network;
• Expand cooperation with institutional clients in China and global markets, and grow the base of institutional clients as well as the channel network;
• Formulate and implement service work plans for regional existing clients and newly developed clients;
• Complete business assessment tasks and other assignments as directed by superiors

Requirements

• Degree holder in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related fields;
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience, including at least 3 years in team management;
• Possess integrity, honesty, proactive attitude, high efficiency, and diligence in work;
• Excellent execution, communication and coordination skills, as well as analytical and summarizing abilities.
