Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Perform general reception duties, including greeting visitors, handling phone calls, register of daily mails, dispatch of incoming daily mails to staff and courier services
  • Handle the meeting rooms booking and responsible for tea/coffee serving; order and tidy up of daily meals for senior management
  • Maintain the tidiness of the office area and meeting rooms
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to the Admin Department, such as prepare expenses reimbursement paper works, arrange office equipment maintenance, upload data of office equipment to relevant parties
  • Responsible for stock take and order pantry and stationary supplies
  • Responsible for cleaning of the panty equipment quarterly
  • Supervise the monthly office cleaning
  • Perform outdoor tasks such as courier service and cheque bank-in when necessary
  • Perform any other tasks as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above with at least 2 years relevant working experience

  • Punctuality at work
  • Responsible, hardworking, well-organized, detail-minded and able to handle multi-tasks
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Pleasant, polite, cheerful, good communication and initiative on work;
  • Organized, self-motivated and a good team player
