Job Description
Your Role:
• Oversee project management to ensure completion within budget, time frame, and quality standards
• Supervise contractor performance and manage project processes (initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing)
• Prepare tender documents for various projects, including capital works, office renovation and fitting out works, and alteration and facilities improvement projects
• Ensure compliance with relevant quality and safety standards, procedures, and statutory requirements
To Succeed in the Role:
• Degree or above in Building Services / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering with minimum 5 years of practical experience as a Project Manager in project management
• Thorough understanding of local regulatory requirements
• Excellent management skills and ability to work independently
• Experience in office fitting out projects and / or E&M facilities installation projects an advantage
• Excellent project planning, organization, and execution skills
• Ability to work closely with procurement department to prepare tender documents and analysis reports with recommendations for approval
• Less experiences can be considered as Assistant Project Manager
