主要職責：

* 透過人脈拓展、客戶推薦和行銷活動，獲得新的銷售線索和房源。

* 組織看房，有效地展示、協商並達成買賣租賃協議。

* 為客戶提供市場行情、定價和法律流程的專業建議。

* 與買家、賣家和房東建立並維持長期穩固的合作關係。

* 與同事合作，利用我們豐富的資料庫，為客戶配對理想的房產。

* 依照公司和法律標準管理所有文件和交易。

要求：

* 必須持有香港地產代理牌照（QE 牌照）。

* 至少 1-2 年房地產銷售經驗（(空姐,空少,酒店服務,具銷售經驗優先; 歡迎應屆畢業生申請！）。

* 卓越的溝通、談判和人際交往能力。

* 積極主動，注重結果，能夠獨立工作。

* 能說流利的粵語。精通英語和國語者優先。

* 高度重視顧客服務，並具備專業素養。

Your New Role:

We are seeking ambitious, motivated, and client-focused individuals to join our high-performing sales team. You will be responsible for building your own client portfolio and guiding them through one of the most important financial decisions of their lives.

Key Responsibilities:

* Generate new leads and listings through networking, referrals, and marketing initiatives.

* Conduct property viewings and effectively present, negotiate, and close sales and rental agreements.

* Provide expert advice to clients on market conditions, pricing, and legal processes.

* Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with buyers, sellers, and landlords.

* Collaborate with colleagues and leverage our extensive database to match clients with perfect properties.

* Manage all paperwork and transactions in accordance with company and legal standards.

Who We Are Looking For:

Requirements:

* Must possess a Hong Kong Estate Agent License (QE License).

* Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in real estate sales (Fresh graduates with a passion for sales are also welcome to apply!).

* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

* Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.

* Fluent in Cantonese. Proficiency in English and Mandarin is a significant advantage.

* Strong customer service orientation and a professional demeanor.
