Job Description

Job highlights:

    Flexible working hours
    Hourly Rate: $75


Job Duties:

  • Incoming calls answering and message notes taking
  • Quotation preparation, Data entry, Scanning and Filing
  • Sales order and delivery note preparation
  • Mailing, Courier Services

  • Execute any ad-hoc tasks as assigned.


Job Requirements:

  • Form 5 / DSE or above
  • Proficient in MS Office, Chinese and English Typing (50wpm or above)
  • Fluent in Cantonese
  • Punctual, Independent and Supportive
