Job Description

Job Summary:

This position is responsible for developing Modern on-tradechannel business and network; and building up strong and long-term relationship withkey luxury hotels, Membership Clubs and restaurant outlets, through quality service and professional advice tailored to their needs.

The incumbent is accountable to plan, implement and co-ordinate all sales strategies and programs in order to achieve sales target and business growth.


Key Responsibilities and Job-Related Characteristics:

  • Responsible for achieving sales targets, distribution target, and qualitative objectives in the designated channel.
  • Work with Channel Manager to recommend annual sales and promotion plans for Modern on-trade channel.
  • Actively seek new business opportunities to increase profits and penetration of PR products.
  • Work with Marketing Department to implement promotion activities and provide constructive feedback on promotion effectiveness.
  • Collect, analyse and report market intelligence and competitors’ activities
  • Secure & maximize product display and brand visibility in all signature outlets.
  • Develop and maintain good customer relationship with professional service, and be the preferred business partner of our customers
  • Carry out sales administrative role in due course
  • Ensure payment collection is in line with company objectives.

Knowledge and Skills Requirements:

  • Degree holder, with 3-5 years’ relevant experience in trading field (alcoholic industry or FMCG is an advantage)
  • Experience in modern on-trade outlets/passionate in Food & Beverage industry is preferred
  • Dynamic, outgoing with good initiative and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, with self-motivated mindset to drive result and achieve target
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
  • Good numeric sense and analytical skills
  • Proficient in both English and Cantonese.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
  • Willing to work late hours
