Job Description
- Handle general administrative work, receptionist duties
- Responsible for incoming phone calls, data entry, mailing database management
- Customer serving duties to Japanese clients
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirement:
- Form 5, Diploma or above
- 3-5 years relevant working experience in Administration fields
- Having basic account knowledge is preferred
- Good command of spoken/written in English, Japanese and Mandarin/ Chinese
- Japanese with JLPT N1
- Attention to details mindset and strong sense of responsibilities
- Strong in PC skills in MS Office including Word and Excel
- Immediate available is preferred
- Office Hour: Mon~ Fri, 10:00am to 6:00pm
